🦆臘鴨脾牛肉煲仔飯🍚

1. 先將鴨脾加2塊薑同飛水,備用。

2.把豉油, 糖同油煮融,備用。

3.米洗淨加入水並加入一茶匙油

4.把米煲滾,待煲滾就搞一搞等米不黏底

5.放入臘鴨脾

再加入牛肉同薑絲

就蓋上蓋轉最細的火煮8分鐘左右

熄火後就唔好打開蓋再焗多10分鐘左右就會有飯蕉, 如果唔想有飯蕉3-5分鐘就可以
